This is a true testament to the high level of service and guest satisfaction that we deliver day in and day out.
Travelers Choice Awards are issued to the Top 1% of properties across the globe and we’re honored to have received recognition in two major categories. These awards are primarily based upon what travelers are actually saying about us in our review and we’re delighted to have been recognized in this years awards.

We always thought Jamaica Inn was one of the best Caribbean resorts, until our last visit when we were subject to the management of Kyle Mais. All his predecessors as GM were superb. During our last visit to JI we experienced two out of three poor dinners. When we wrote to Kyle after our departure to tell him of our complaint, we had no response. We also experience a bad situation upon leaving when we gave out a few generous tips to some deserving staff. However, as we were passing out these few tips by the reception desk, a line of about 5 staff people formed to get there share of the gratuities. It was a sad and embarrassing experience. This occurred about August 2017. After many visits to JI, we will now not return until Kyle Mais is replaced.
