A New Classic and Festive Cocktail!

November 7, 2015

Raspberry Classic CocktailWe asked our mixologists at The Inn to invent a classic, fun and festive cocktail for the upcoming season, and they certainly have not disappointed!

Our wonderful server Sebert has been working with Jamaica Inn since 1982, and put together this delicious daiquiri. Serbert is known for his wonderful cocktails, and many repeat guests find Sebert as soon as they check in to see what new cocktail he is making. Sebert loves making all cocktails: the classics and the new ones that have been added to the repertoire. You can find Sebert at The Main Bar from noon to about 6 p.m. each day.

We suggest making this festive cocktail for your next holiday party with our recipe below. And, next time you are at the Inn, Sebert can mix this refreshing drink for you!

I fell in love with your version of a rum swizzle! I would love to have your recipe, though I doubt it will taste as good back home!

      Hello Wendy!
Happy to share. We agree its best to have the Rum Swizzle while relaxing under one of our palapas on the beach. The below recipe should suffice until you return:)
Please see below recipe for the Rum Swizzle.
      1 shot Rum Blackwell
      1/2 shot Amaretto
      Splash of grenadine
      2 drops of bitters
