You read that right! Starting this November 2022, American Airlines will launch its first-ever nonstop service to Ian Fleming International Airport in Ocho Rios from Miami, FL. This new service will operate twice weekly and will make getting to Jamaica Inn even quicker with reduced travel time from the airport.
