Employee of the Quarter: Allan Williams

Allan Williams joined the Jamaica Inn family eight years ago as the dedicated driver.
His patience, dedication and passion for his job has earned him the Employee of the Quarter award for second quarter 2014.
Before joining the Jamaica Inn family, Allan worked for many years at Shaw Park Hotel in Ocho Rios. He then moved on to what was Inter Continental on the beach, now Sunset Grande. After his time at Inter Continetal, Allan became a valued team member at Jamaica Inn.
In his role, Allan is known for his impeccable and highly efficient driving skills. He is also a plumber, and has brought past experience in the field to Jamaica Inn.
During the day, Allan can be found driving the streets of Ocho Rios and the highway of the North Coast collecting items for the hotel and dropping off where needed. Although Allan is often on the road, he is always reachable by phone and never fails to answer or help out when needed. Allan’s dedication can be attributed to his love for the hotel industry.
Allan has four sons who live in  Jamaica. One of Allan’s sons followed a similar career path and currently works in the bar at Couples Resort. Like Allan, he loves the industry.
