“Essence of Jamaica” – Spice and Fruit Garden Tours

Jamaica, one of, if not the most beautifully bio diverse islands in the Caribbean is a garden enthusiast’s dream with a variety of unique plant and floral varieties that thrive in the rich soil climate. The newly launched “Essence of Jamaica” experience includes a variety of enlightening tours for guests. Highlighted in today’s blog is a unique Spice and Fruit Garden Tour that occurs every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:30am. Jamaica Inn is known for its stunning landscape and has over 200 tropical and sub-tropical plant and fruit tree varieties.

Our head gardener Mr. Henry carries guests on a property walk teaching guests about various fruit, spice and plant varieties including Jamaican jerk spices such as pimento and flora and fauna unique to the Jamaican landscape.
