We frequently post some of our favorite (and unique) cocktail recipes. Here are the five most popular for to try at home, or when you are with us next!
Our Bartenders are all eager to come up with new and innovative recipes and that is why we started the Mixology Class which takes place every Thursday at “Teddy’s Bar” which is located conveniently, right on the beach.
Cucumber Mojito
This cocktail is very refreshing and subtle. Try it when on the beach, or just before dinner while sitting on the terrace overlooking the romantic garden and sea. Click for the recipe.
Soursop Martini
This one is absolutely divine…shaken and not stirred. After we posted this recipe on the Blog and on Facebook, we had many requests from guests for this lovely cocktail.
Appleton Rum Punch
Try this classic rum punch while chilling on the beach one day. It is made with Appleton Rum and hints of pineapple juice. Not to worry if you do not have Appleton Rum at home, try any light rum. Remember to ask Teddy to make his special Rum Punch when you are here!
Raspberry Daiquiri
Sebert is all smiles as he knows all the “tricks and tips” of modernizing a classic cocktail like a Daiquiri! This is a Festive Raspberry Daiquiri and the ingredients are very flavorful. A mixture of Raspberry Liquor, a light rum and lime juice is what makes this one just very festive tasting!
We also have a wonderful array of classic “Jamaica Inn” cocktails always on hand, like our famous Planters Punch. We wanted to share some unique cocktails that have gotten some attention since being featured here. Our Bar is also outfitted with lovely non-alcoholic cocktails too — please ask our Servers to mix you up something divine.
See you soon at The Inn!
Cucumber Mojito is one of my favourite drink. Seriously this cocktail is very refreshing and healthy.
