On National Jamaican Jerk Chicken Day, we are thrilled to share our recipe for our ever-popular jerk chicken pizza served at the new Teddy’s Beach Grill.
- 8 oz pizza dough
- 3 oz pizza cheese of your choosing
- 3 oz Jerk chicken breast cut in strips
- 4 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. jerk sauce
- 2 oz sugar loaf pineapple
- 1.5 oz bell peppers
Spread pizza dough out to 12” in diameter. Mix tomato sauce and jerk sauce and spread over the dough. Spread shredded cheese over the sauced dough. Add the chicken, pineapple and bell peppers. Set to bake until dough reaches desired texture.
