Meet our Yogis at the Inn

September 12, 2019

Hello friends of the Inn!

In honour of yoga month we’d like to give you some insight about our very own instructors here at the Inn. We offer complimentary classes every Thursday and Sunday morning at 8:00 am held at the bungalow pavillion. Interested guests can sign up with the front desk to attend.

Meet Orah El

Orah El has been teaching and practicing yoga for 30 years. She has trained in several different styles of yoga but Kemetic Yoga has always been her favorite. This Nile Valley Flow is a 10,000 year old dance/vinyasa called Neti Yoga. The specific movements’postures tell a story about the transformation from our animal nature into our divine nature, as we move through our energy gateways. Giving meaning to the poses from rebirth to enlightment, it’s a beautiful journey of opening, releasing, strengthening consciousness and more.

Meet Gaia Budhai

Gaia Budhai was born in Jamaica, West Indies and has lived in the US for the past 30 years. She does consider Jamaica her island roots and returns frequently to bring her work back home. Gaia is a highly respected teacher, guide, workshop leader and community builder. She is the founder of Synergy Center for Yoga and the Healing Arts, Miami beach’s first yoga studio. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor and an E-RYT 200Hr. instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance.
