A 3-night deposit is required to confirm reservations for 3 nights or more. For reservations less than 3 nights, the full amount is required at the time of booking.
For stays falling between December 24 and January 5 and the entire month of February, a full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Jamaica Inn. Cancellations take effect once request is received by Jamaica Inn.
To avoid charges, please make cancellations outside of the following time periods:
Arrivals between Apr 16 and Nov 21, 2020

Cancellations made 7 days or less forfeit the full 3-night deposit
Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to arrival forfeit 1 night of your deposit

Arrivals between Feb 9-21, 2020; Apr 16-30, 2020; Nov 22, 2020 and Jan 1, 2021

Cancellations made 45 days or less forfeit the full 3-night deposit. Cancellations within 30 days must pay the full cost of the stay.

Cancellations made 30 days or less forfeit the full 3-night deposit

No deposit refund will be made in the case of “no shows.” Day of arrival cancellations are treated as no shows. Refunds for early checkouts are at the discretion of management.
We recommend travel insurance, such as Travel Guard, that includes coverage for cancellation charges.

Children 10 years and older are welcome at Jamaica Inn year round. Please note that children are charged the same rates as adults.

While yellow fever is not a threat in Jamaica, the government of Jamaica requires proof of yellow fever vaccination from travelers arriving from infected areas, mainly Africa and South America. Please check this list to see if you may be required to get the yellow fever vaccine.

Jamaica Inn has a strict No Smoking policy throughout all guest rooms, conference rooms, and on-property bars. Jamaica Inn is committed to comply with Jamaica Public Health (Tobacco Control)(Amendment) Regulations (2018) that prohibits smoking or holding a lit or electronic tobacco product in the below additional areas:

Hotel Balconies or Terraces

Smoking and vaping is prohibited on the balconies of the guest rooms, cocktail terraces, and outdoor cottage and balcony terrace areas.

The hotel respectfully requests that hotel guests do not smoke within any internal areas of the premises and use the designated smoking areas provided. On-property smoking areas include benches on the croquet lawn and the benches by the circular roundabout garden adjacent to the lobby area.
