Join Lena Franklin, Mindful Psychotherapist and International Spiritual Teacher for this 3-day mindfulness retreat immersion. During this meditation retreat, you’ll learn ancient Eastern techniques to cultivate and deepen your meditation practice. Jamaica Inn is the perfect paradise to support the growth of your meditation practice and personal evolution.

Through the practices of mindfulness meditation, yogic breath work and grounding, you’ll establish the inner capacity to return to balance while living in our often chaotic world. When we’re grounded in a meditation practice, we create a strong foundation to begin working intentionally with our thoughts and emotions to become the masters of our own reality. The truth is that our thoughts create our reality, so with intention and energy, we can be powerful creators of our own lives ~ bringing thought into form.

During this retreat, Lena will teach the Art of Manifestation and how to implement these tools on a daily basis. You’ll walk away from this retreat with the wisdom and knowledge you need to cultivate a daily meditation and manifestation practice.

Opening Session on Setting Intentions on the spa deck (4:30 – 5:30 p.m.)
The group will come together to do introductions. Lena will guide an intention setting meditation and share a teaching on the Power of Sankalpa (Intention) on the path of personal evolution. Space will be created for attendees to learn how to ground themselves. This session will set the foundation for the rest of the weekend.
Sunset Cocktails at Teddy’s Beach Bar (5:30 – 6:30 p.m.)
Group Dinner on main dining room terrace (7:30 p.m.)

Breakfast on your own either before or after the morning session***
Establishing Your Meditation Practice on the spa deck (8:30 – 9:30 AM)
Integrating the intention (sankalpa) we set the night before, we’ll go through the foundations of establishing a mindfulness meditation practice. Lena will teach the tenets of Buddhist-based mindfulness meditation and the healing qualities that meditation offers when practiced consistently. Lena will begin to share the powerful intersection of meditation and manifestation and how, as humans, we are limitless in our capacity to create our own reality through our thought patterns and emotional systems.
Walking Meditation on the beach (5 – 6 PM)
Lena will teach the ancient practice of walking meditation and how this form of meditation can be an expansive tool for manifesting our intentions. Lena will guide the group through a visualization (bhavana) and walking meditation on the beach.
Dinner on your own OR you can join Lena at the Community Table at 7:30 PM***

Breakfast on your own either before or after the morning session***
Mindful Manifestation on large spa deck overlooking the ocean (8:30 – 10 AM)
Lena will teach the Art of Manifestation through philosophy and a channeled meditation. You’ll learn how to align with the thoughts and energies that elevate you to becoming the master of your own reality. As we align our external action with internal intention, magic happens and we begin to experience the joy, peace, success and love we seek. This session will integrate the ancient Eastern practice of meditation with the multi-dimensional practice of manifestation.
Afternoon
The afternoon is free for everyone to integrate the work they’ve experienced by soaking in the sacred sea and sun. This afternoon/evening is also for spa treatments.
Final Group Dinner ~ Beach BBQ & Bonfire Under the Stars on private bungalow beach (7 PM)

Sunrise Manifestation Meditation on the beach (begins whenever sunrise is. Practice will be 45 min – 1 hr)
Lena will guide you into the mindful manifestation process by teaching you the steps to putting your intentions into action. You’ll learn how to masterfully co-create with the Universe, shedding conditioned fear in exchange for the innate power that lives within. Then, Lena will guide an inspiring manifestation meditation.
Attendees will have breakfast on their own before preparing for departure***

  • US$408 per room per night (single occupancy)
  • US$526 per room per night (double occupancy with one person participating in the retreat)

Rates include accommodations in an Ocean View Suite, an all-inclusive meal plan with non-alcoholic drinks, excursion and event sessions, and taxes and gratuities.

Meet Lena Franklin

Offering the ancient practices of mindfulness and meditation utilizing a fresh, modern voice is the essence of Lena’s work. As a Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapist and International Spiritual Teacher, Lena will teach you that “to journey in inward is your highest calling.”

Integrating Eastern philosophy with Western neuroscience, Lena’s holistic healing work is grounded in Buddhist Psychology, Mindfulness Meditation, LifeForce Yoga and Insight Yoga in addition to psychodynamic foundations. Lena has a mindfulness business based in Atlanta, GA where she sees individual clients, provides mindfulness corporate trainings, teaches personal growth workshops and guides meditation retreats around the globe. Lena is also the Head of Mindfulness for Welzen, a mindfulness meditation app featuring practices and programs to enhance your health and happiness. Raised in a hybrid Buddhist/Christian household, Lena was introduced to meditation as a young child.

Today, this mindfulness foundation has grown into a deep passion to guide others on a journey towards inner peace, emotional balance and a felt sense of wholeness.
