Shop and Cook Tour
The Shop and Cook Tour which takes place each Friday brings you on a field trip to the local farmers market with Jamaica Inn’s Executive Chef Maurice. Help him shop for fruits, organic greens and herbs for the Jamaica Inn repertoire of dishes. When you return to the hotel, enjoy a cooking demonstration and sampling of the special dish.
