Hello friends of the Inn!
We would like to share a bit more information on some of our top contenders from our recent Romance at the Inn Photo Competition 2019. The pictures were unique this year covering multiple romantic Inn locations and special memories.
Again five honorary judges assisted us with choosing the three best photos and it was extremely difficult!
The first place winner, Jessica P. hails from Maryland and sent the winning submission with comment “My first trip to the Jamaica Inn was in 2011 when I was single girl traveling the world. I traveled to the Jamaica Inn by myself in true “Get your Groove Back” fashion. I fell in love with the hotel and and staff. Even though I was at the hotel by myself the staff made me feel like family. I thought if I ever fall in love, I am going to celebrate it at the Jamaica Inn. Six years later I met the love of my live and we got married at the Jamaica Inn. It was a dream come true.” Jessica and her husband receive a 3 night stay at Jamaica Inn.
Second place winner, Patricia C. submitted her response with a simple heart emoji:). Who needs a lengthy paragraph when satisfied with their romantic stay? Patricia is the winner of 2 Jamaica Inn polo t – shirts and 2 Jamaica Inn caps.
Our third and final entry is from Paige L. from Alabama. Her photo was submitted with the caption “Our perfect day. October 27, 2018. The Jamaica Inn provided me, my husband, and 30 of our closest family and friends with an absolute dream vacation and fairy tale wedding” . Paige is the winner of a Jamaica Inn polo t – shirt and a Jamaica Inn cap.
Our most popular voted photo was submitted by Raisha L, her photo was shared by friends and family 18 times with 94 of her friends signing up for the newest Jamaica Inn information. Congrats! Raisha will be receiving a 2 night stay at Jamaica Inn inclusive of breakfast.
Even though this last photo was not selected by the judges we had to take note of this amazing submission. It was hard not to name this as our winning photo. Notable mention: Gina F. Her picture was 4th place and the scenery captures romance perfectly overlooking one of most iconic sunset views.
